# Lightning Buys

**What it is:** A one-click way to enter positions instantly in fast-moving or trending markets.

**How it works:**

* Found under **Lightning**.
* Browse markets surfaced by **trending volume**, **liquidity**, and **attention flow**.
* Filter by **Category**, **Liquidity**, **Volume**, **End Date**, **Market Age**, or **Spread**.
* Set a **default trade size** (use presets or enter a custom size).
* Click **YES** or **NO** once — the trade executes immediately at the best available price.

**When to use:**

* When you want to enter quickly during breaking news or a developing narrative.
* Ideal for **reaction trading**, **momentum**, or **headline moves** where seconds matter.

**Example:**\
A breaking headline shifts sentiment in a political market.\
You navigate to **Lightning**, see it moving to the top of **Trending**, and hit **YES** with your preset **$250** size.\
The trade executes instantly — no orderbook navigation, no delay.

**Why you need it:**\
Prediction markets react rapidly to **new information**.\
Lightning Buys remove friction so you can **act before the crowd**, rather than after the price has already moved.
